Job summary

Progressive Insurance seeks a Senior Claims Specialist to investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, including attorney-represented cases, in collaboration with police, medical professionals, claimants and others. You will assess coverage, liability and the total value of the claim, guiding settlements and outcomes.

This hybrid role requires reporting to office about four days per month, with coaching from a supportive team; an in-office option is available for those who prefer more

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims, including attorney represented cases.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident.
• Assess coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.
• Collaborate with team for meetings, training, and case strategy.
