The position is hybrid, with full-time expectations and a focus on servicing upper-market clients within the McGriff Specialty Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten years of experience in a claim adjuster role or broker claim consulting role.
• Insurance Adjuster's License and licensed as required by local law.
• Multi-line claim experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic client relationships with targeted risk profiles.
• Handle claims within upper and Jumbo segments with limited supervision.
• Support in directing carrier-provided claim adjusting services and analyze coverage.
• Provide written responses to complex reservation of rights letters and denials.
• Deliver educational presentations on policies, coverages, and risk management.
