McGriff Specialty, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, seeks a Marketing Account Executive on the Commercial Lines team in a hybrid role in the United States. You will lead marketing activities for new and renewal business and support the Producer in sales. This role requires deep insurance knowledge and strong client-focused skills.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in the industry, a P&C license, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with willingness to travel overnight.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• 8-10 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Property and casualty license.
• Strong knowledge in shared and layered property programs.
• Knowledge of markets, policies and coverage issues for all states and industries served.
• Organizational skills to plan and prioritize team workload, and to oversee workflows and procedures.
• Leadership skills and service and team orientation to provide direction, praise, constructive feedback, and development to employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients, markets, and teammates.
• Strong persuasion skills and tact to obtain information, negotiate with markets, obtain commitments or payments, and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel overnight.

• Lead and coordinate marketing activities for new and renewal business.
• Support Producer in sales activities and respond to RFPs.
• Lead, mentor and train account service team members.
• Collaborate with national leadership to drive LOB strategy and initiatives.
