Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ten years of experience in a claim adjuster role or broker claim consulting role.
• Insurance Adjuster's License and licensed where required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships and provide studies and recommendations.
• Handle high-level claims with limited supervision.
• Support in directing carrier-provided claim adjusting services and ensure favorable outcomes.
• Present educational sessions to clients on policies and risk management.
• Mentor internal consultants and support sales and service efforts.
