Job summary

Enscicon Corporation seeks a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to support complex power and utility infrastructure projects across the United States. You will design equipment foundations, steel support structures, control buildings, and other critical facilities central to safe energy delivery.

The role combines technical leadership with project ownership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, mentoring engineers from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Must have a civil/structural engineering degree with licensure preferred.
• 8+ years of U.S.-based civil/structural experience in power delivery/substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel, reinforced concrete, and foundation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering efforts for substation, transmission, and power delivery projects from design through construction.
• Develop designs for foundations, steel structures, control buildings and related facilities.
• Perform structural analysis and prepare engineering calculations for steel, concrete, and foundation systems.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and design packages.
• Collaborate with electrical, civil, geotechnical and project management teams to deliver projects.
• Provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Support client relationships and contribute to successful project execution.
