Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a structural engineer to lead analysis and design for Energy & Utilities infrastructure. You will analyze foundations and steel/concrete structures for transmission assets and prepare calculations and drawings to support project delivery.

You will review peer work, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-discipline teams and utility clients to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in structural engineering with emphasis on foundations and steel/concrete design.
• Experience with transmission and distribution infrastructure projects.
• Ability to prepare and review engineering calculations and drawings.
• Proficient in code compliance and standards.
• Effective communication with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
