Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced civil sales and business development professional to drive opportunities with NASA and other domestic and international agencies. You will lead capture strategies, shape program opportunities, and manage key customer relationships across civil space communities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in BD/sales, with travel to conferences and Blue Origin facilities nationwide. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in business development and sales.
• Direct experience with capture and proposal development.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets across Blue Origin business units by pursuing civil sales opportunities with NASA and other agencies.
• Develop and execute capture and bid strategies, including proposals and responses to solicitations.
• Maintain customer relationships across civil space communities at NASA and other agencies.
• Identify new markets and shape civil programs to meet customer needs.
