Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years local site/civil experience in land development.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Experience with site layout, grading, drainage and SWPPP.
• Strong client development and management abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse and mixed-use projects.
• Develop growth plans with office leadership and manage staff utilization.
• Lead business development by securing new clients and maintaining relationships.
• Lead site/civil efforts from concept to completion including design oversight.
• Lead storm water management design and SWPPP preparation.
• Integrate geotechnical and environmental engineering into land development.
• Perform other duties as requested.
