Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license required or eligible for licensure.
• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
• Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and permitting of civil/site projects.
• Coordinate client communication and project teams.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
