Job summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering to join its collaborative team in Cleveland, OH. This role leads design, permitting, and client development for a range of land development projects, partnering with leadership on growth and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with land development.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Strong client development and client management abilities.
• Proficiency of AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouses and mixed‑use projects for public and private clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization.
• Lead site/civil efforts from concept through completion with layout, grading, drainage and infrastructure tasks.
• Lead storm water design and SWPPP preparation; coordinate geotechnical and environmental integration.
