Job summary
Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering to lead design, permitting, and client development for diverse land development projects from concept through construction.
The ideal candidate has a PE license and 10+ years of local site/civil experience, proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide multi-disciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of local land development site/civil experience.
- Professional Engineering license (PE).
- Proficient with site design including grading, drainage, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and permitting for residential, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Develop growth plans with office leadership and manage staff utilization.
- Lead business development by cultivating new clients and maintaining existing ones.
- Oversee site/civil work from concept to completion, including layout and infrastructure.
- Lead storm water design and SWPPP preparation; coordinate hydrologic analyses.
- Collaborate with geotechnical and environmental engineering teams.
