Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy civil litigation practice in Phoenix. This role will focus on managing complex casework, preparing legal documentation, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil litigation experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience supporting civil litigation matters.
• Demonstrated background handling complex litigation cases.
• Familiarity with Arizona Superior Court and U.S. District Court procedures.
• Strong legal writing and document preparation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, edit, and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and response preparation.
• Maintain and track case files, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Conduct legal research to support case development and strategy.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates as needed.
• Support settlement efforts, including mediation preparation and documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable legal standards and court procedures.
