Candidates should have 5–8+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones. The position offers 40 hours weekly, 30–40 USD/hour, and full benefits as noted.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with litigation support.
• Experience in a high-volume legal or administrative environment.
• Remote work experience is required; hybrid experience is not sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage multiple legal inboxes and service-of-process channels.
• Enter and update information in legal tracking systems and databases.
• Escalate deadlines and urgent items promptly.
• Maintain electronic case files and supporting documentation.
• Support with document retrieval, case research, and status updates.
