Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, hybrid role in Dallas, TX. This position supports attorneys handling complex litigation matters in a fast-paced environment and requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities with precision.

The ideal candidate has extensive litigation experience, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting cases through all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including discovery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program preferred.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience supporting complex litigation through trial.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state court procedures and filing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support from inception through resolution, including trial and post-trial activities.
• Organize and manage large volumes of case documents and electronic files.
• Coordinate discovery, draft discovery requests/responses, prepare deposition materials.
• Manage document review and production, ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare legal summaries, pleadings, notices, and other litigation materials.
• Support with trial preparation, exhibits, witness logistics, and court submissions.
• Maintain case calendars and timekeeping; collaborate with attorneys and staff.
