Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our office in Rosemount, MN. This role leads multidisciplinary teams on heavy civil infrastructure projects, serving as the main client-facing representative and ensuring profitability.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Construction background with 5+ years of PM experience, proficiency in CPM scheduling, cost reporting, and change orders, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience, heavy highway or structural experience preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects with duties like cost reporting, submittals, CPM scheduling, change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects for successful delivery.
• Act as the Company representative with the client, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections for profitability and reporting.
• Ensure procurement of materials and equipment; manage labor resources for project completion.
• Negotiate changes with client and subcontractors; secure additional work and manage changes.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects with teammates and senior personnel.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.
