Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 5+ years of related construction PM experience, heavy highway or structural preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and interface with clients hands-on.
• Strong written and verbal communication and knowledge of industry standards.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications; proficient with MS Office.
• Knowledge of Primavera/P6, HCSS, AASHTOWare (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Act as the company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections.
• Ensure procurement of materials and labor resources for project completion.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work and secure additional work with the client.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects with the team.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings.
