Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our office in Hilbert, WI. You will lead inter-disciplinary teams on heavy civil projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management degree and 5+ years of PM experience in heavy highway/structural work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience, heavy highway or structural experience preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects with duties including cost reporting, engineering submittals, work plans, RFIs, CPM scheduling, T&M billing, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the Company representative with the client, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections for profitability and reporting.
• Ensure procurement of materials and equipment, and assign labor resources to complete projects efficiently.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and key subcontractors and pursue additional work as needed.
• Deliver federally and state-funded projects in line with company policies and safety standards.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings.
