Lunda Construction Co., a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Design Build Project Manager to join our Rosemount, MN office. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on planning, budgeting, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of project management with at least 5 years in Design-Build, plus strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field
• 10+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of Design Build project experience
• Heavy civil construction experience preferred
• Ability to travel and work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, budgeting, and resource identification for projects.
• Manage budgets, minimize risk, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Oversee procurement, proposals, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with owner, architect, consultants, contractors and subs.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; conduct site inspections.
• Report progress and hold regular status meetings with clients.
