Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Project Manager in Hilbert, WI. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams on heavy civil infrastructure projects, represent the company with clients and subcontractors, and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement to ensure profitable project delivery.

Required: a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years of PM experience in heavy highway or related work; strong communication; familiarity with CPM scheduling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects (highway/bridge) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with clients and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of industry standards and ability to read drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil projects for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as the company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor and control project budgets and projections for profitability.
• Ensure procurement of materials and labor resources; negotiate scope changes with clients and subs.
• Support project execution plans, health and safety, QA/QC, and change management.
