Lunda Construction Co. in Rosemount, MN is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on major heavy civil projects.

You will act as the company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors, overseeing budgets, procurement, and change management from project initiation through completion. The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 5+ years of PM experience in heavy civil infrastructure, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications, manage budgets, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of HCSS, AASHTOWare, Primavera/P6 and Excel/Outlook required.

Responsabilités

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across heavy civil projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Represent the company with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules for profitability.
• Procure materials and labor, and manage changes in scope with clients and subs.
• Develop project execution and safety plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
