Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, in Rosemount, MN, seeks a Project Manager to lead inter-disciplinary teams on heavy civil infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

As the primary company representative, you will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and change orders, negotiate with clients and subcontractors, and coordinate with regulatory agencies to advance Federal and State funded work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years in heavy civil project management.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, cost reporting, and change orders.
• Ability to interface with clients and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams of professionals across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Act as the Company representative with the client, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections to ensure profitability and reporting.
• Ensure procurement of required materials and requisition of equipment and labor resources.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
• Market and secure additional work with client; responsible for the project change management process.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects in accordance with teammates, and senior personnel.
