Job summary

Lunda Construction is seeking a Project Manager for our Hilbert, WI office. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams on heavy civil infrastructure projects, acting as the primary company representative with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with CPM scheduling, cost control, and procurement is essential; familiarity with HCSS/Primavera

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of related construction project management experience, heavy highway or structural experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of industry standards; proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with HCSS, AASHTOWare, Primavera/P6 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-disciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Represent the company with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost projections for profitability.
• Procure materials, equipment, and labor resources for projects.
• Negotiate changes to scope with clients and key subcontractors; pursue additional work.
• Deliver Federal and State-funded infrastructure projects; participate in regulatory negotiations.
