Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Utility industry or design experience desired.
• CAPM/PMP licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and direct teams of project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve engineering and construction issues.
• Prepare, review, and approve proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; manage financials and metrics.
