Job summary

HBK Engineering is seeking a Civil Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) for day-to-day management and delivery across Chicago, Oak Brook, Geneva, or Spring, TX offices. The role oversees technical and financial aspects, directs project execution, and mentors a direct-report team to ensure quality and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• PE licensure required and active.
• Typically 10+ years of engineering experience.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor direct reports with weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
• Direct project execution including budgets and schedules.
• Review designs and ensure quality and conformance.
• Advise on proposals and RFP responses.
• Maintain safety, client standards, and project risk control.
