Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Civil Engineering team based in Chicago. You will lead project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel through design, modification, analysis, and constructability of utility systems, with accountability for risk mitigation and project execution.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in the utility or design sector, CAPM/PMP preferred, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Deltek, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• CAPM / PMP licensure preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve engineering and construction issues.
• Prepare, review, and approve proposals, contracts, and cost estimates with senior management authority.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; manage financials and metrics.
• Negotiate revisions and additions to contracts with sub-consultants and clients.
