Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager for Renewables in Colorado. You will oversee civil design for utility-scale renewable projects and lead a team of design professionals, providing strategic direction and mentorship.

You will define tasks, schedules, and resources, manage budgets, and contribute to business development while upholding QA/QC standards and fostering collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in civil engineering, renewables site design.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to define project tasks, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Proficiency in budget management and proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards and project workflow improvement.
• Supervisory experience and mentorship skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong team relationships.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on renewables site design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all civil design aspects for utility-scale renewable projects.
