Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Renewables Civil Project Engineer to design and deliver permitting-ready civil works for renewable energy projects. The engineer applies core civil practices, guides staff, and coordinates with designers and clients to ensure compliant, constructible outcomes.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, supervise design staff, and help manage project lifecycles from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has a B.S.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–4 years in the A&E industry, renewables preferred.
• EIT certification required, PE preferred.
• Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Interest in renewable energy development and design.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers permit-ready civil engineering deliverables.
• Directs and reviews work by staff engineers and technicians.
• Collaborates with design team members to meet standards.
• Provides clear directions and coverage when needed.
• Engages with project lifecycle and multidisciplinary teams.
