Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Renewables Civil Project Engineer in Westminster, CO. The role involves designing and delivering permits and construction-ready deliverables for renewable energy projects, while guiding staff engineers and technicians.

You will collaborate with internal teams, apply broad engineering principles, and develop expertise across the project lifecycle to support multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 2–4 years of experience in the A&E industry.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and efficient problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Complete designs and deliverables to support permitting, design, and construction of renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with design team members to meet stakeholder requirements and codes.
• Direct and review work by Staff Engineers and Technicians.
• Support Lead Engineers and provide coverage in their absence.
• Develop an understanding of the project lifecycle in your technical area.
