Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of civil engineering experience, focused on renewable site design.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to define project tasks, schedules and resource requirements.
• Proficiency in budget management and proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards and project workflow improvement.
• Supervisory experience and mentorship skills.
