The role emphasizes strategic direction, budget awareness, and growth opportunities within Westwood’s renewable energy sector. You will collaborate across groups to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in civil design and technical solutions for renewable projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to define project tasks, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Proficiency in budget management and proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards and project workflow improvement.
• Supervisory experience and mentorship skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong team relationships.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on renewables site design.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all civil design aspects for utility-scale renewable projects.
