Arup seeks a Civil Engineering Data Center Leader to drive large-scale, multi-disciplinary data center design and consulting initiatives in Texas and the Americas. You will lead projects, shape strategy, and strengthen client relationships across sectors.

The role requires 15+ years of design/consulting leadership, a Texas PE, and a strong network within the Texas data center community. Travel to regional and global teams is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years in design and consulting services to clients.
• Texas PE license preferred.
• Networked with clients in Texas Data Center marketplace.
• Proven track record to develop cross-sector project delivery teams.
• Design/consulting PM with 10+ years leading design teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale multi-disciplinary projects as Project Director.
• Outreach to existing technology clients to expand relationships and services.
• Develop an annual and long-term business plan including client development and marketing.
• Coordinate with Data Center leaders across regions and global frameworks.
• Travel as needed to collaborate with local, regional, and global teams.
