Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Civil Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development and site civil design for data centers and large industrial sites in a hybrid work model across Texas and other U.S. markets.

You will guide feasibility, layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting, coordinating with AHJs and multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering and approximately 5+ years of civil/site engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred with comity in target states.
• Experience with land development and site civil design for large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development services for data centers and large industrial projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, and subconsultants across multiple projects.
• Direct technical work including site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities, and permitting.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, agencies, and authorities while navigating codes and standards.
• Review deliverables, mentor staff, and support market expansion.
