Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
• Extensive land development and site civil design experience for large projects
• Strong project management and technical expertise including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
• Experience coordinating with AHJs and multidisciplinary teams; familiarity with Civil 3D and permitting practices in multiple states

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development services from site selection through construction for data center and large industrial projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, client communication, proposals, and subconsultants across multiple projects
• Direct technical work including site layout, grading, stormwater, drainage, utilities, access roads, erosion control, and permitting
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, agencies, and authorities while navigating codes and permitting requirements
• Review technical deliverables, mentor engineers and CAD staff, support team growth, and contribute to client development and market expansion
