Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with at least ten years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team in Texas. The successful candidate will work with the business development team to prepare technical proposals and mentor engineers across disciplines.

Ideal candidates lead design efforts, coordinate with clients and contractors, and manage budgets and schedules. This is a non-remote, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality civil site design and stormwater

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of applicable industry experience.
• Experience performing consulting services for internal and external clients.
• Lead project teams to complete design deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Civil analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of projects.
• Manage and design multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead design team efforts and coordinate with architect/owner/contractor.
• Develop fee and qualification-based proposals.
