The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and expertise in MicroStation/AutoCAD with opportunities across urban and suburban projects. Hybrid work with office in downtown Minneapolis is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering required.
• PE/PTOE license in Minnesota or ability to obtain required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience; design management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary team to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure.
• Develop construction documents and manage design review, permitting, and construction management.
• Coordinate signing, pavement marking plans, and traffic control schemes.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with clients and other consultants.
