Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of roadway design experience with at least 2 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project management plans, goals, and objectives.
• Interface with clients and autonomously manage aspects to meet obligations, schedule, and budget.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for team members and mentor staff.
• Provide technical engineering analysis and oversight of design concepts and final design construction plans.
