Thomas Young Group in the United States is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead the design and delivery of site civil and roadway projects from start to finish. You will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, oversee technical design, and serve as the main client contact.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of civil design and project management, a Tennessee PE license, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. You will mentor staff and coordinate across disciplines to keep projects aligned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Tennessee.
• Strong background in site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Experience preparing site and roadway plans for permitting and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Confident communicator with leadership and client-facing experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of site civil and roadway projects from start to finish.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee technical design and maintain quality control standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
