Thomas Young Group in Nashville seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead projects from concept through construction and to guide a growing engineering team. You will drive design excellence while mentoring staff and coordinating critical milestones across disciplines.

You will manage schedules, client communications, and technical oversight, collaborating with other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to quality design.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license (Professional Engineer).
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.
• Proven success managing projects and leading teams.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and understanding of related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering efforts on projects from concept through construction.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, supporting both daily responsibilities and long-term career growth.
• Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, and client communications.
• Collaborate in-house with other engineering disciplines to ensure fully integrated solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure project quality and engineering excellence.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and contribute to strategic project decisions.
