Thomas Young Group seeks a civil engineer to support project delivery from concept through construction documents, coordinating civil design with structural, architectural, and MEP teams.

You will assist with schedules, budgets, and deliverables while handling grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design tasks. The role involves permitting, agency coordination, client meetings, and QA/QC documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of civil engineering or site development experience.
• Exposure to commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of grading, stormwater management, and utilities (public and private).
• Experience coordinating with internal design teams and external consultants.
• EIT preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Support civil project delivery from concept through construction documents
• Coordinate civil design efforts with structural, architectural, and MEP teams
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and deliverable tracking
• Work on grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design tasks
• Help with permitting and agency coordination
• Participate in client meetings and internal design reviews
• Support QA/QC processes and project documentation
