Arcadis is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Design Engineering team to deliver complex site development, reclamation, restoration, and infrastructure projects across North America. This hybrid-flexible role may be based in any Arcadis office in the Eastern US, ideal for a senior practitioner who thrives in technical leadership and mentoring.

You will guide projects from planning through design, permitting, construction support and closeout, collaborating with environmental scientists,

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience as a civil engineer.
• Proficiency with 3D civil site design using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, SWMM, or similar).

Responsabilités

• Lead civil design efforts from proposal development to construction support.
• Provide technical leadership and review deliverables for quality and constructability.
• Coordinate with environmental scientists, geotechnical and water resources engineers, surveyors, CAD designers, contractors, and project managers.
• Mentor and delegate work to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Support client engagement, scope definition, scheduling, and budgeting for civil design tasks.
