Qualifications

• Registration as professional engineer.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects and manage the design for civil capital projects.
• Develop program statements and contracts for civil capital projects.
• Evaluate consultant proposals and participate in selection processes.
• Direct engineers and professionals; track projects and prepare reports.
• Maintain high quality standards in civil design and oversight.
