Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support, to lead civil BIM and digital delivery across transportation and public infrastructure projects. The role supports AI-enabled technologies, digital twin initiatives, and interoperability between Bentley and Autodesk platforms.

Remote or office-based in approved U.S. locations; candidates in Texas or Austin are encouraged to apply, with a focus on advancing model-based project delivery and data management across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Civil Engineering experience
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk platforms
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, OpenX apps
• Experience supporting file management systems and collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil BIM and Digital Delivery initiatives across projects.
• Serve as a firmwide resource for BIM best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Support workflows with OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Civil 3D, Revit, and OC tools.
• Develop and refine BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Assist with Digital Twin development and data integration.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve design delivery and QA.
• Support proposal development with technical content.
