RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to advance model-based delivery for transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. This role offers a hybrid/remote work option and opportunities to lead digital delivery initiatives across the firm.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of Civil BIM experience, proficiency in Bentley and Autodesk platforms, and a track record of guiding civil engineering teams in 3D/model-based delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering or BIM coordination.
• Background in Civil Engineering.
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience across transportation, water, and public infrastructure.
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk platforms (Bentley OpenRoads/OpenBridge; Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, and OpenX applications.
• Experience supporting file management systems, project collaboration platforms, and connected data environments.
• DOT or client project experience is a plus.
• Ability to guide civil engineering teams in 3D/model-based delivery.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a firmwide resource for Civil BIM, digital delivery, and infrastructure modeling best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Support workflows with Bentley OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Civil 3D, Revit, and Construction Cloud.
• Evaluate software capabilities and emerging technologies to improve project execution.
• Partner with project teams to troubleshoot modeling and data management challenges.
• Support BIM standards and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Advance AI and automation adoption for digital delivery.
• Develop and deploy digital twin solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Promote data integration across design, asset, and operations data throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist in developing BIM Execution Plans and BEP-specific requirements.
• Support proposal development, pursuits, and technical approaches.
