Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience with 3D modeling/BIM on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Bentley and/or Autodesk applications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, and OpenX tools.
• Ability to guide civil engineering teams and promote 3D/model-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil BIM and Digital Delivery initiatives across projects.
• Serve as a firmwide resource for BIM, digital delivery, and infrastructure modeling best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) with project teams.
• Support AI-enabled technologies and digital twin strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize data management and workflows.
• Contribute to pursuit activities with technical approaches and compliant documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement of infrastructure modeling processes.
