Job summary
RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to advance model-based delivery across transportation, water, and public infrastructure. You will lead BIM initiatives, collaborate with technical leaders, and ensure high-quality digital models using Bentley and Autodesk platforms.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering and BIM roles.
- Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience with Bentley and Autodesk tools.
- Experience supporting infrastructure projects and digital delivery initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Civil BIM and Digital Delivery Initiatives across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms and related workflows.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and QA processes for model quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency via AI, automation, and data management.
