RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support, to lead BIM and digital delivery initiatives across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. The role supports model-based delivery, AI-enabled tooling, and digital twin strategies while collaborating with project teams to optimize workflows and data management.

The position offers remote or office-based work options in approved U.S.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of civil engineering experience
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk applications
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, and OpenX Applications

Mansioni

• Lead Civil BIM and Digital Delivery Initiatives
• Serve as a firmwide resource for Civil BIM, digital delivery, and infrastructure modeling best practices
• Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based project delivery across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects
• Provide Technical Leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms
• Support and optimize workflows utilizing Bentley OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Evaluate software capabilities and emerging technologies to improve project execution
• Partner with project teams to troubleshoot modeling and data management challenges
• Support Civil BIM Standards to drive continuous improvement of infrastructure modeling processes
• Advance AI and Automation adoption for design efficiency and data analysis
• Assist in development and deployment of digital twin solutions for infrastructure projects
• Promote integration of design, asset, and operational data throughout project lifecycle
• Support BIM Execution Plans and project delivery requirements
• Drive process improvement and technology advancement across the firm
• Provide technical consulting and project support as part of Engineering Support team
