RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to lead BIM initiatives across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. This role supports digital delivery, model-based collaboration, and AI-enabled workflows, working with Bentley and Autodesk platforms.

You will collaborate with project teams to develop BEPs, drive 3D modeling standards, and advance digital twin strategies while navigating multiple approved U.S. locations or remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of Civil BIM experience.
• Background in Civil Engineering.
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience.
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, and OpenX Applications.
• Experience supporting file management systems, project collaboration platforms, and connected data environments.
• Ideally, some DOT/client experience.
• Ability to lead civil engineering teams in BIM adoption.

Responsabilités

• Lead Civil BIM and Digital Delivery Initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based project delivery across transportation, water, and public infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Support and optimize workflows using Bentley OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Construction Cloud.
• Evaluate software capabilities and integrations to improve project execution.
• Partner with project teams to troubleshoot modeling and data management challenges.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Advance AI-enabled technologies and automation in delivery workflows.
• Support digital twin strategies and data integration across lifecycle stages.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic investments.
