Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to lead civil BIM and digital delivery initiatives across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or from one of our U.S.

offices and invites candidates based in approved locations to apply. You will provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms, develop BEPs with project teams, advance AI-enabled workflows, and promote a digital-twin approach to

Qualifications

Civil engineering background with 5–10 years of experience.
Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience.
Experience with Bentley and Autodesk applications.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise and OpenX.
DOT/client project experience preferred.
Ability to guide civil engineering teams in 3D/model-based delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead Civil BIM and Digital Delivery Initiatives across projects.
Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
Support and optimize workflows using OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Civil 3D, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Develop BIM Execution Plans with project managers.
Drive AI and automation adoption and digital twin strategies.
Monitor industry trends and support digital transformation.
