Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator to support infrastructure projects across the firm. This role will lead BIM and digital delivery initiatives, collaborate with technical leaders, and optimize workflows using Bentley and Autodesk platforms.

You will partner with project teams to resolve modeling challenges and advance AI-enabled solutions. The position supports remote or office locations, with emphasis on strong civil BIM execution and data management across transportation and public

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of civil BIM experience.
• Background in Civil Engineering.
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM experience.
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, and OpenX Applications.
• Experience supporting file management systems and collaboration platforms.
• DOT/client experience preferred.
• Ability to guide civil teams in 3D/model-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil BIM and digital delivery initiatives across projects.
• Serve as a firmwide resource for BIM best practices.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Support workflows using OpenRoads, Civil 3D, Revit, and related tools.
• Evaluate software capabilities and new technologies for project delivery.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and ensure contractual compliance.
• Drive digital twin and AI-enabled technology adoption.
