Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to drive model-based delivery and BIM best practices across infrastructure projects. The role supports digital twin strategies, AI-enabled technologies, and interoperability between design, asset data, and construction workflows.

Remote or office-based work is possible for approved US locations. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in civil engineering with strong 3D modeling, BIM, and hands-on experience with Bentley and Autodesk suites,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Strong 3D modeling/BIM expertise with Bentley and/or Autodesk platforms.
• Experience supporting infrastructure projects and digital delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Civil BIM and Digital Delivery Initiatives across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms and for 3D model-based delivery.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure contractual BEP/delivery obligations are met.
• Advance AI-enabled technologies, automation, and digital twin strategies in project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve design efficiency, data management, and quality control.
